For over 40 years Dare to Care Food Bank has been on a mission: to make sure that no one in Kentuckiana lacks enough food to live a healthy life. And for many of those years, Sheehy has been supporting Dare to Care’s mission with advertising and marketing that drives donations.
This television campaign dramatizes the statistic that 1 in 6 people in Kentuckiana are “food insecure.” If there are that many people going to bed hungry tonight, we thought, then everybody in the area probably knows somebody who is.
With that insight, the Dare to Care Neighbor Campaign was born. These spots prove that “loud and frenetic” isn’t always the best tactic for getting through to people.
